Quick Drop Menu not working on PS4

I wanted to play skate on ps4, but I can't use the quick drop menu to progress "Drop it Like it's Quick". When I go to use the quick drop menu it just pulls up the background screen for the menu hub.

    Hi there, sorry to hear you can't use the quick drop menu. 

    Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet? If possible, could you please share a screenshot showing what you see when you open the quick drop menu?
