Red crane in Hedgemont makes character disappear

When you get up to the top of the crane and to the end of the arm, if you jump on one of the red bars shown on the video and when your character grabs onto them you quickly press the 'Y' button, the character disappears and the only way to fix it is closing and reopening the game. Not even fast travel solves it, it just makes you get stuck in a loading screen.
The video shows the bug, it is very easy to replicate I’ve done it many times already.
