Replay Editor Playback Speed Bugginess

I was editing a few clips and noticed that there's a speed setting in the advanced editor, but it doesn't seem to work properly, or consistently.

First, I had set the global playback speed in the main replay menu to 1/4, but when I entered the advanced editor, the clip was still playing at full speed. So I lowered the playback speed within the advanced editor menu to 1/4 as well and it played correctly in the editor at that speed. But then when I exported, the two separate 1/4 playback speeds multiplied into 1/16 speed and my clip that was less than 2 seconds long was turned into a 33 second long video.

Another time, I tried to change the playback speed from the advanced editor menu, but no matter what I set it to, the exported clip was always the same length, using only the main replay menu's speed multiplier.
