Robbed tix

As I first open skate. This 3rd season they remind me to claim any pending rewards of the previous pass, I claimed without fear since I’ve already finished the pass and have still left with 9k tix, but as soon as I get in the game those 9k were taken down to 0 tix.

I restarted the game hoping that will prompt the message again and save my tix omitting the message but the message didn’t appear again and I still have 0 tix
