Roll to the trolls

When completing the AR Program Mission: transition 101: I select  LT button and i am able to grab board. Select RT to grab board with right nothing happens. I am not able to complete this mission. My console is Xbox and Asus Rog Ally for mobile gaming. Both are not working. I would really love to give this game a chance if this bug were fixed.

    Might be a silly question but is your RT button working fine in general otherwise, as in it’s not the remote? I would double check your settings in tricks, you haven’t changed anything? 

    What is the specific trick you have to do on this mission with the RT grab?
