Season task reward claim malfunction

Even after completing Season Tasks, pressing “Receive” only makes the screen go semi-transparent. No matter how many times I try, I can't receive them.
The update ● mark stays on the task forever, which is annoying.
How can I receive them and make the mark disappear?
This has been going on for a week now.
