Seasonal tasks not granting reward

Hey I have completed all seasonal tasks but when I claim it does not reward me with the currency and the yellow dot remains. I have 

1. Restarted the game, and nothing.
2. Uninstalled then reinstalled the game still nothing.
3. I also have waited for a daily reset and yet it still wont let me claim.
