Sequence Not Counting

On the mission challenge The Total Package, I did the mission, claimed and exited, then did it outside of the mission. During the mission, the sequence doesn't count. Outside of the mission, it does. Not sure what's going on with this one, but I can't progress the missions unless it's fixed.
