Shop bugged when purchasing.

When I was looking at the shop items it just bought the item instead of letting me look at it. I lost a bunch of san van bucks. You usually have to hold purchased when buying an item from the shop but when i clicked on it once it just bought it instead???? How do i get a refund for this? I have video proof of this happening. Same thing also happened with the tix.
