Side Tour bug?

I am playing in the middleish early game where I completed Finer Grind and after I completed that the Side Tour mission Spectaporter, it says locked and complete Finer Grind even though I did? I tried restarting my whole PS5 and Skate but it didn't work and I completed mission objectives? Please fix this i am stuck from progressing.

    1. Mission screen with mission you're expecting to be unlocked
