Skate Donation Decks not appearing

Having the same issue as you. I also donated to and redeemed all 3 donation decks. I’m also hoping it’s a 24 hour wait. Still annoying nonetheless. Hopefully we get some clarification.

I also have been having the same issue. I tried launching on PS5 and EA App and it hasn’t shown in my account. 

edit: I just logged on and it appeared in my board collection. No notification however. 

Just providing an update, I did receive the boards on my account. It seems like you need to just wait a couple hours and the boards should appear in your locker( no notification though). If anyone else is worried about the boards not showing up, id say just be paitent for some reason they dont redeem instantly.

I’m starting to worried I donated to the soa paris and skate like a girl charity and I still haven’t received my boards in my locker it’s been almost a day already what should I do?

this is happening to me as well i donated to all 3 and still havent recieved my decks ive been logging in and still nothing

Hey go onto the ea website , log in , like separate from the code redeem just go to the site for skate and log into your account, for me that’s all it took and the boards shoot through to my account , after three days of talking with support
