Skate-O-Ween "challenge goals bugged out

I can not see the challenge goals in "witch's brew" "spiders bait" "heathen flip" on my map. I have completed every thing else for the skate-o-ween task in event 1. I also cannot see the challenge goals in "bone it out" "hallowed gaps" "spooky secrets" on my map and cant complete the Skate-o-ween task for event 2.  I am sad because of this.
