I also have an RTX 3060 Ti. But the processor is i3-12100F. The screen is 140x1440. The processor is loaded at 100%. I've limited the game to 160 fps. The game doesn't slow down. But the i3 is a cold processor. Therefore, it heats up only to 85 ° C and does not turn off. But I still don't like the CPU usage at 100%. At the same time, YouTube on the second screen does not affect the operation of the game. And the video doesn't slow down. It's magic :)
