SLOW MOTION BUG

My game is constantly running in slow motion. If im lucky, it will run smooth sometimes. no large fps drops and my fps avg is about 60-70 on ultra. So i dont think my system is the problem. PLEASE EA fix this bug soon beacause i often get off the game after doing challenges because of it. also, sometimes when im in my challenges it runs normal. (included clip of what it looks like)

Intel 11th Gen i7-11700 @ 2.50GHz
