Softlocked for 7 weeks is insanity

Im one of the several thousand players who has been softlocked on the finer grind mission, for me, since launch day.

Much like the main complaint on the softlocked mega thread. My game crashed during the poo collecting mission (sigh) on launch day and since then, its been softlocked, saying I need to get the achievement "skaterized" which I have. But isnt registering on my mission progress.

I've put in repeateded tickets, have tried this forum, and scoured the internet for a solution, uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt work.

I wish yall cared about the player experience as much as the players care about experiencing your game.

Please fix this.
