I'm also having an issue here. I posted about it on the softlock mega thread, then the EA folks posted an update a day or two ago saying that those issues were fixed but to report at a link if we were still experiencing them. I can't find that link now, so I'm adding a comment to this thread instead.
Before step 3 of "Spots and How to Own Them," the game goes to a black screen that never ends. There is background noise, but the step never loads. I'm experiencing this on both PS5 and PC, so maybe it's account-related for some reason? PSN ID is LaughingCrow97 and Steam ID is LaughingCrow, if that helps.
Please help, devs! I'd like to enjoy this game.
