Has this been patched? I'm on the 581.80 drivers but I'm seeing a lot of players moving like a slideshow and I wonder if that's because of connection sync issue or because of the outdated graphics drivers. I do remember seeing less or that jagged movement from players when I had up to date drivers but it could be just coincidence.
