Hard soft-lock / no plater control / PC
Hi EA Support, I just installed the game and was excited to play but ran into a huge bug. When loading into the game, the game forces the "go to map prompt and immediately glitches my character in and out of the map. I have 0 control and cannot access the map, friends list, or settings. Restarting, re-installing and verifying files does not fix it. This happens everyime I load in. Can someone please reset my player/session rate. My username on steam is takesumrisks thank you!
Stickers now invisible
There is a bug with board stickers that has arrived with Season 2 and (possibly) the new PS+ content pack. They are now invisible and do not appear on the board either when looking at the shop, scrolling through my inventory, or applying them. This affects all three spaces on the board For context, I loaded the game shortly after S2 launched yesterday then, realising there was a new PS+ pack, I paused Skate. to download the content from the external store, then switched back to the still running game. The new board graphics and trucks worked, but the stickers did not - nor did any others that I owned. I believe stickers had appeared prior to this unlock, as I had already reviewed the season pass content without noticing any issues. I would be interested to hear if anyone else has had this problem and if they have had any success with workarounds. Input from devs would be welcome, too.Day 3 with a black screen…
I have done every problem solving idea from moving locations of my PlayStation, deleting the game, restarting, leaving alone for a day, opening from my app, opening it through the game store, opening on download, checking for updates and more. still just blackness. No sound. Just black5$USD donation boards (still) arent there.
It's been 3 days. I definitely used the right ea account. All the codes were good, and they redeemed the right way through the website. I uninstalled the game and cleared the reserve space. I hard rebooted, signed out. I'm on Xbox. I have every piece of content in the video game so far. It's *not* okay for me to not get this board in exchange for my money. This kinda sucks and puts me off a little… but i purchased the skate pass, it worked but i also spent £4.49 to get the SVB to THEN CONVERT INTO TIX CURRENCY to then start purchasing items from the skate pass and unlock the next page, i purchased the Tix with the SVB but i haven't received it yet, i have come off the game and back on again after some time an its still the same as when before i bought the TIX … help please? Before i purchased the Tix for 500 SVB i already had 819 Tix after getting the skate pass, the amount i purchase extra was the 1400 which from my purchase should of been a total amount of 2,219TIX BUT ITS STILL AT 819Code redemptions for the donation boards not appearing on my Xbox skate account
I donated over 5usd to all 3 causes to earn the boards, went through the skate shop portal in the website under the correct ea account, and so far nothing has appeared in my game. I've signed out on Xbox and restarted the game so far.
