Stuck in weird loop on Tour1
I did the 3 challenges at the start. Went back to hq and leveled up, then she popped me 'new challenges' that are really the ones ive already done.
Ideas
EDIT - Game was just lagging in a crazy way. Tons of new stuff has now popped up.
