game started to bug out during the "follow the VR" and now it's stuck on "Listen to Izzy"

Been stuck on this since launch. Haven't been able to progress at all day. Joined up with two friends who just started and were able to complete it without issue. I am just flat out soft locked from the rest of the game at this point.
A bit frustrating and hope to see this issues acknowledge soon.
