Stunt falling (spread eagle) challenge marker stuck

I think after finishing a stunt challenge I jumped off the building again but while falling it cut to the finished cutscene and I can't get this ring to go away. It only hides while I'm skating, but also show when I jump while skating. Screenshot attached. I've tried fast travelling, doing more challenges, but it stays with me no matter what.
