Tour 1 Skater eyes

Step 5 climb to the Terrace, when I climb to the terrace I get up to the purple circle and nothing happens. It won’t let me continue. Every time I complete a different challenge it’ll teleport me right back to the beginning telling me to climb to the terrace. And it won’t let me do any other story missions until I complete it, but I literally can’t complete it
