Two Steppin' forever falling

When trying to complete the mission Two Steppin', the "return to marker" returns me to the mission marker, then I immediately fall through the world. The only thing that fixed it was ending the mission early to reset my world position. To check if it was only happening in Two Steppin' I returned to the marker, which then made me fall through the world again. Fast traveling fixed this.
