unable to buy more DIY boxes 38/38

i bought all the hedge diy boxes and got all the objects but not all the titles. the box said 38/38 and it let me buy more as intended to get the rest of the titles but i got off for the night. after restarting the game i cant buy more hedgemont DIY boxes because it says i already completed the set even though the titles arent checked off.  its tagged my box as finished even though i dont think i got every title
