Unable to buy Spring Pop Off Denim Vest

After I've completed all weekly tasks, community park challenges, I purchased all the Spring Pop Off unlocks, and I'm short nearly 600 of this Spring currency. I have 679 and need 1200.. Even if I claim 80 every day until the event ends I won't have enough.

    I've completed all of the challenges for the popoff event, but its not fully registering. Ive attempted to start the game, as well as have others host the party while completing these, but it still will not register :( getting frustrated. Really don't want to miss out on the cool jacket!
