Unable to Collect Seasonal Task Completion Reward

I completed the seasonal challenges and there's an option to claim the reward, however (1) when I select claim, nothing happens, (2) there doesn't seem to be any award noted on the screen to claim, and (3) the claim button never goes away no matter how many times I click it. It's like it's not registering that I've completed all the challenges. The notification that there is something to collect never goes away.
