Visual Bug in both UI and Cloth Texture

I'm playing on Xbox Series S, and I'm experiencing this exact same bug. Tried to restart the game and console, but it's still present.
It's also present in a few other spots, like the score ticker.
I am experiencing the same issues:
- Sometimes all the UI elements in the pause menu will change colour as if they have a filter over them (I have experienced black/dimmed, pink, and red icons) [See screenshot 1 and 2]
- Various clothes have incorrect textures / white boxes over them. [See screenshot 2]
- Icons seen during gameplay have various coloured boxes covering them. [See screenshot 3]
