Window Shopping

I completed all tasks, so the "Own the Spot" challenge automatically resolves. When I return to Free-Skate, the challenge does not record my results. The challenge icon on the map shows that zero tasks were completed. I restarted the game and completed some other challenges, then came back at a later time. I completed all the tasks again and when the challenge automatically brought me to Free-Skate, the challenge still shows I have not completed any tasks for the "Window Shopping" challenge, though I've fully completed it twice now.
