All my DCs are just gone

When the rollback for the current DC set hit I went to go see if my DCs were back to where they were before they got taken to lvl 5 and instead I saw only 2 DCs when I had a decent amount before the rollback hit. I also haven’t gotten the “make good” with all the DCs and mats. I’ve restarted the game at least 5 times, is there anything I need to do to get my DCs back?
