All my equipped mods disappeared and equipping new ones makes them disappear too

Returning player from 2017 myself. I did the PC and EA link and I am having the same issue on PC and Android mobile as well. Everything is gone. The only thing showing is the new mods I got last night that I have not tried to put on anyone. Before this I would get the error 9.25 message if I tried to switch or remove a mod from a character as soon as I hit confirm.

Same here, love the support from EA. 12 hours to respond and just point towards troubleshooting after already stated I've done everything they asked. Dropped millions of credits and currency buying mods after all mine deleted. Only to find the new purchases are getting deleted again while trying to equip them

Same for me. I returned a few days ago and haven't been playing for at least 3-4 years. Went to check my characters and all Mods were gone. I bought the HDB Bundle and got no Mods from it. Apart from that I can't seem to buy OR farm new mods as they instantly disappear after equipping.
I even spent millions of credits on new mods only to realize that they got deleted as well.
I really hope there'll be a fix soon as playing without mods is really limited and that we'll be compensated for the loss.

THE SAME PROBLEM  LOST ALL MODS  AND DISAPEAR NEW MOD

I have the same problem, also returning player after almost 10 years and linking my account do EA. Support sent me to this forum. Hopefully we will get some help here if enough people report this issue.

I also returned to the game since I stop playing in 2019-2020 and had hundreds of mods, that just got erased from my game. Even the new mods I acquire are just getting deleted. This was years of work to get them just for them to be removed for whatever reason. I’ve attached a video of the toons I’ve gotten over the years with zero mods. And even the new mods I get, are removed for good. Very frustrating

This has happened to me too! Im a returning player also. I tried to add mods to some characters and it made me restart the game every time I tried. Then all of a sudden all my mods were taken off each character, the all went missing. I then tried slicing some new ones to which they disappeared too. I got help from the support, which they sent to this forum. It hasnt solved anything. Im hoping they fix this issue because this seems like a huge bug.

Do you have any info regarding the fix ? 

Will it concern only the new vanishing mods so we can at least put new mods without them disappearing ?

Will we get our old mods back as well ?

After a week of talking with the “advisor” I was told we will not get our old mods back, which is a complete rip off. 😡

Same problem here. Returning player from 2019.  All mods gone.  Not gonna bother coming back if I can't get them back. Any response from EA?
