Hello, this thread is now more than a week old without any response from customer service, only a ticket status change without comment.
What is the current status of this ticket, what will CG/EA do to compensate, etc.
EA is one of the world's largest games companies and cannot provide the barest level of customer service in over two weeks of attempts through proper channels despite my spending hundreds of dollars a month on this game, but I can get someone online from my local hardware store to talk about a $5 part I bought in under 5 minutes.
Resolution and timeline, please.
