When you use the new NR FDC, specifically the Carson lvl 6, it makes Carson immortal under a Omega fugitive lead. Carson can't be killed while there is another active ally, so Omega gets stuck in cap...
Ideas
iirc hondo sp1 can remove captive from bb2 toons, maybe see if that combined with an aoe can take care of the problem.
