GAC Score/Banner Display Incorrect – Resulted in Unfair Loss

During the current Grand Arena Championship round my opponent’s banner score displayed as max banners before they made any attacks and after the opponent completed an attack the banner score did not update and remained incorrect the total score shown was 1905 which does not match the number of battles actually completed both myself and my opponent could see the same incorrect score indicating it was not client side only the round ended and I was awarded a loss based on this incorrect score despite the banners not reflecting the actual battles completed this loss was caused by a scoring bug and not gameplay and I am requesting that the correct server side result be applied and my GAC skill rating adjusted accordingly screenshots are available showing the incorrect score before and after the attack and the final result
