Journey Guide Locked

Start the game in PC. Log in your acc and start The Journey there. Beat 1 level and then start the game in your phone. Now it will work again.

I’m having the same issue ally code 789-373-119

Issue still exists even after game update. Tried uninstalling the game as well as the EA Launcher, reinstalled and still no fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. No ''battle'' buttons do anything in the journey guide. Previously completed battles and new both don't work. PC or phone are the same.

I'm having the same issue, i reported it few hours ago, i'm on pc also. 

My ally code is 378-417-156

One of my guildmates is having the same issue.   Their Ally Code is:245-154-388  Deimos.  And they cannot get to the Help (in game)

hopefully they can get it figured out. I have a friend also playing on PC who is not experiencing any issues but according to the forums it seems like its a larger issue. 

I am on my phone currently and having the same issue. I’ve sent email and tried to get in contact with live support and received nothing so far.
