Missing gift

Attempted gifting my friend the Ben Solo LSB, Ben ended up on my account even though I 100% bought it as a gift. I attempted to gift the same person a second one, the transaction went through on my end ($39.99 left my bank account), but he never got anything. It has been roughly 24 hours since the attempted purchase. Contacted cg through the in game "HELP" page, they didn't say anything useful and nothing has changed.
