Mistake in the grand arena

So I decided to use the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes game client on PC, and I immediately got a glitch in the grand arena. On a 100% win battle, the game froze and the battle was lost. Because of this battle, I lost the entire round. I am attaching a video confirmation
