Yep, I'm experiencing the same issue with no work around. Also yes claiming is still bugged with the loaned chars.

There are not even troops listed at "Required Units".

Loaned ERA unit issue worked for me after I uninstalled/reinstalled the mobile app.

My loaned units are a full day behind many others despite purchasing all characters and items that provided loaned unit increases. Now that there are 2 loaned unit increases per day it's more of a disadvantage. I did not miss claiming a day of increases from the calendar. I was only able to claim one day when it launched while others were able to claim two days worth of increases at once.
