Skill rating drop before new GAC round

I seen few post as this that CG tagged as not a bug, but can you tell me how can I progress in GAC if every round it reset my points that I gained previous round?
and please explain to me how can player with 4M GP be on 1st place worldwide? at least fix this bug if it is not a bug either than they are all cheating.
If you check GAC history of top players in K1 with 15GP+ you can see that most players that they play against are very weak check image for example 5 battles are 0-10 points.

EDIT:

My skill rating on swgoh.gg I am winning more than 50% battles but I am going down with rank, because some players from aurodium 1 are thrown into kyber 1 and not kyber 4 as it should be

    They're not cheating.  This is a bug.  However, CG don't know what is causing it to fix it.  This sorry situation isn't good for anybody.  It's a poor advertisement for the marquee game mode.

    That's what we're being told, yes.  However, it is not sustainable.  They'll need to address it (and us) sooner or later.  The longer they leave it, the worse the situation and players' faith in the company.

    You haven't said or shown your league or division.  So, I cannot answer that question.
