26th July update caused new issue

the problems i had for the first update are still here even after the 7/25th update....

I'm having the same issue ever since the 25th/7 update

So, I feel like my issues might be different. I do have CCs but my only major problem is that I am unable to save my game. The other issues that I did seems to have are now resolved.

I would also like to add that I have no mods or cc downloaded, and I have another issue - some items aren't able to be used, even when not placed with bb.moveobjects and are also clearly accessible to my sim. When I click on an item my sim simply won't do it or wave their hand as if they can't access it

Today my game randomly updated again and now when I open the game, it won't load it's like stuck. And then it crashs it's so annoying

This issue has been fixed in a previous patch.
