Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Both are correlated I believe; Packs not showing are 'Lovestruck', 'Life and Death', 'Business and Hobbies', 'Enchanted by Nature' and  'Adventure Awaits' and the marketplace only shows the packs I have up to 'For Rent' and not after, so, the packs I'm missing.  So I can't activate packs I own and the option of repair doesn't show up at all on the EA app (I only have 'play') even if I run the app as an administrator.

Below is an example of a household with packs I used that are no longer available, the marketplace lacking my packs and the EA app that has no other option than 'play.'

    Update: I have found a way to repair the game through Steam but my packs are still missing.

    Hey leviaddict​

    It sounds like the account you're currently signed in to on the EA app isn't the one you purchased those packs on. You'll need to log in to the correct account to access those missing packs.

    Thank you for your reply. Thing is, I only have one account so it's really not possible this is the issue here.

    Hey leviaddict​

    Are you seeing your purchases for those packs in the Order History page on your account?

    If you aren't, that indicates there's another account out there you bought the packs on. In that case, please check your email address(es) for purchase receipts to find the email address associated with the account, and then connect with live support for help getting back into that account.

    I only have one account. I know it has to be something else. All I did these past few days have been looking for all possible causes and solutions that I will try to resolve friday.
