Costumers in a small business with the new EP Businesses & Hobbies, appear in the store with low needs (bladder, hygiene) and pee all over the place, not to mention how they stink up the entire place...

I noticed smelly Sims spawning but I never had one pee anywhere. Do you have accessible toilets ?
Also is this normal or disruptive customers ?

I have plenty of toilets, all function properly.
The costumers were all normal.
