Blast from the Past: Unable to claim reward/Gnome fix failure message

Did you try if restarting the game helps ? Are you trying to claim from within the game or the main menu ? Try within the game.

I’ve tried restarting my game starting a new Sim. I’ve re-downloaded the game itself. How do you report a bug 

It’s very weird. I’ve played this since since 2014 and I’ve never run into a bug or a problem before my game usually never gives me any issues so what’s the next step to try and fix all this?

Sorry, just wanna clarify. I’ve tried both in menu and in the game and it hasn’t worked.

I was having the same problem (playing on PS5). When I fully closed out the game and reopened, I was able to redeem everything.

This issue has been ongoing for the past few went but for most, reloading the game works.

Maybe try going offline and starting the game in offline mode, then close it down and go back online ?
