Re: SDX error, white sim portraits, corrupted save, etc.

Since the new update I haven't been able to

Save my game. When I try to save my game it gives me error code 21.

I also haven't been able to download the new sims delivery. It gives me error code 00000008.00000000000000c8

When I open the gallery, it will not show other simmers creations. It only shows big red X's on their posts. When I click on the post it says the gallery item is corrupted.

I have no mods or cc in my game at the moment. I have removed my tray file. I have paused one drive. I have added the game to my anti virus and firewall exclusion list. I am not sure how to move forward.
