If we use Secret Spice perk on max quality food that meal can't be able to eat - sim reset to T-pose for moment after grab plate, and Last Exception show up:

Its look like game don't know what to do with overmax quality which this perk gives. It's funny because this perk unlock when your sim make meals by 10 lvl of cooking.
