After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have a similar issue so I'm moving my post over...
I wanted to replace the Netherworld Department from the Life and Death EP but something strange happened. I activated all the cheats and started editing the lot (I worked on it for a few hours with no issues) but when I got to the roof it wouldn't let me delete or place a new one. Then it wouldn't let me add or remove anything from BUILD MODE while buy mode was working fine.
What also happens is that after it glitches for the first time the entire game is unresponsive. My cursor moves and I can click and open menus but if I save I'm stuck on an inifite save screen and if I try to quit the game nothing happens. Camera is working, menus are working but can't pick up objects, build or place/delete anything; bulldoze and replace are also broken.
