I decided to move in a bunch of Maxis Sims from the gallery and noticed immediately that I cannot transfer Sims to a new household now.

Splitting the Household and moving out through the Phone is now possible.
Fixed in Patch 1.110.311 / 2.03
Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues
The notes refer to a different issue but I tested this one and it's fixed as well.
