yep, my lvl 2 gardening sim had no problem watering, but my lvl 6 gardening sim would walk up to the plants only to cancel the action when told to water plants in the Mounded In-Ground Garden Patch. Worked fine after I deleted the garden patches and planted them straight in the ground
