Ok. I had the same problem. I could not water any of my plants that were in the planter boxes but I could water my trees in the single planters. So...I took all my plants and put them in the single planter (the ones used for trees) and now I can water everything. The "water all" works fine and I have a very large garden. Everything works with your plants in the small single planters. So I think the problem is with the larger planter boxes. Hope this helps you guys with a work around until they fix this problem.
