CAS Not Loading After Update

Do you perhaps also have the more cas traits mod? That might help as it did me. I also had a cas organizer too so removed that. Anything that has to do with cas remove it.

I think it was no ea eyelashes  bcs I have wonderful whims slice of life and mccc in my game n it wworks fine

Had this issue, the Stand Still in CAS mod & WW were causing it!

anyone else CAS not working after update, also getting sims to cook it freezes. What do i do?

I have my mods sorted into different files (Furniture, Clothes, Makeup, Accessories, cc creators, etc.) and put them into a "Mods that may be keeping Sims from working" folder. Then, one by one, I re-added the mod folders back into the Sims 4 "Mods" folder, and I did end up figuring out what mod it was. It was one of the mods by thepancake1. Hope this helps :>

i hate to remove my darkmode mods folder.

had other things in it including uicheatsextension.. dont remember the other things in it.

So after spending multiple days on this exact issue, I found MY culprit to be the bettersims mod, which upon writing this has not been updated as of yet. Hopefully this helps someone else with this mod and issue as well.

OK, I allowed the game to update yesterday August 9.

Today August 10, my game now has the forever loading CAS bug.
