[CD] [GTW] Retail worker/vets don't spawn for (owned) business as customer

I created a mall in the sims 4, just a mini one with a restaurant. And none of the cashiers, or employees showed up and no patrons. I made it at retail lot and then changed it to just a general community lot but it doesn’t work. A lot of missing gameplay here with this issue. I’m hoping this gets fixed in next update. Unless I’m not doing something right but in the past when I assigned a lot as a community lot of any kind, if there was dining and cash registers, they were there and there was other patrons shopping or dining.

    Me, too. I have a couple of businesses that simply don’t work, including a magic shop. No employees arrive and you cannot make purchases. I had my sims hire staff, since I heard on the old forums that helps, but the shop remains deserted.

    I too am encountering this same problem. I spent a lot of time building a mall in my game and got a sim to buy it to set certain items for sale and hire workers (3), but when I play with a different household to try to visit this owned retail lot it does not function. Workers that are hired do not show up nor do npc customers and I cannot buy anything that is set for sale. I hope this is fixed ! This has been a problem reported on so many different Sims platforms for over two years and still no fix is so upsetting.
